Repeat negotiations according to the design schedule presented by the architect, organize plans and designs, and apply for building certification.

8.Start of construction

Make preparations for starting construction, such as the ceremony of purifying a building site and courtesy calls on neighbors. The producer will attend the regular site meeting to check the progress, and give its report and/or advice.
9.Completion of construction
9.Completion of construction Finally, construction is completed after the completion inspection under the Building Standards Law. As all is done at the same time, such as the payment of construction price, delivery of the building, application for registration and execution of the loan, thorough negotiations and careful preparations are required.

10.Delivery / Settlement Receive contracts and/or notification documents executed in the course of the project and other deliverables of produce operations. The producer will verify the payment of all the costs and settle the account for the project.
