General contractor has been selected by competitive tendering. The owner family, producer, architect, and the main contractor had a ceremony for the commencement of work. After the long assessment of tender, Watanabe-Tomi-Koumuten in Shinjuku Ward, founded 1948, known as well as a training school produced Japan national member for World Skill International Competition, is chosen as a successful bidder. Architect Sakamoto made the presentation on the new architectual model and the CG-perspective  in the end of the ceremony.
